Before establishing Think Splendid in 2005, Liene served as a senior executive at an international NGO, directing strategic development and overseeing hundreds of employees throughout South Asia, Southeast Asia, and the GCC/MENA regions. During her tenure, she successfully led high-stakes crisis management and worked closely with heads of state, cabinet ministers, and other senior government officials on matters of international significance.
